Find answers in documents
with the sources attached.
We build search and AI tools for your approved documents and company knowledge. Help people find useful answers with source references and the right access permissions.

Understand the collection
Map documents, shared drives, application records, and archived reports. Identify owners, quality issues, common questions, and who may see each source. Define how to handle missing or outdated material.
Prepare records for reliable retrieval
Prepare text, document structure, metadata, duplicate handling, and versions. Combine keyword and meaning-based search where useful. Test whether search retrieves evidence that supports the answer.
Make answers reviewable
Link answers and extracted fields to their supporting records. Show when evidence is insufficient and let users open the original material. A workflow may produce a record for review or an answer in a search interface.
Carry permissions through the workflow
Apply the user’s permissions to retrieved documents, generated answers, logs, and tools. Agree language coverage, hosting, retention, and provider requirements. Test realistic questions, including cases the system should not answer.
What your team receives.

Prepare a collection with an owner
Identify the policies, manuals, reports, or case records for the first release. We inspect formats, duplicates, versions, and access rules. Someone needs responsibility for outdated or conflicting guidance. The experience should distinguish current approved material from historical records.
Preserve access and evidence
Users should only retrieve content they are authorized to see. Answers can show the supporting document and passage, with enough context to check the statement. If the material does not support an answer, the system should say so and provide a useful next step.
Test questions your staff actually ask
Use common questions, ambiguous wording, restricted documents, and questions with no supported answer. Measure whether the correct evidence is retrieved and the response reflects it. Handover includes source update procedures and checks for changes to documents or permissions.
Common questions
Can this work with our existing document storage?
We assess the available interfaces, formats, permissions, and update patterns. The architecture can connect to an existing repository without assuming every record should be copied.
Will every AI answer be correct?
No system should promise that. We define evaluation cases, visible sources, insufficient-evidence behaviour, and review for consequential uses.
