Turn an AI idea
into a project brief.
We help you decide what to commission: the task, required information, integrations, review steps, and first release. You receive a scoped brief and acceptance plan for an implementation your team can judge.

Find where AI could help
Map recurring tasks, handoffs, sources, and the cost of mistakes. Use interviews and examples to find where AI could reduce effort or help people find information. Compare it with data repair, integrations, and conventional automation.
Compare plausible approaches
Compare document search, structured extraction, fixed rules, and AI agents where relevant. Explain the inputs, access, likely exceptions, and operating needs for each. Choose models with your team based on the task and requirements.
Run a defined experiment
Use a defined task and representative examples. Agree checks, review steps, time, cost, and results needed before a production build. Separate observed findings from ideas that remain untested.
Turn findings into a delivery plan
Name the next release, owners, data dependencies, training, and running costs. Include procurement, accessibility, access, and hosting requirements. The plan can support your internal team or a defined Active K Digital engagement.
What your team receives.
Agree what we will build, how it will be checked, and what your team receives. We confirm timing, access, and commercial terms together.
- 01A prioritized opportunity and constraint map
- 02A defined experiment with reviewable results
- 03A scoped roadmap with acceptance and operating requirements
Compare a real process with a proposed workflow
Bring an example of work as it happens today: the request, source information, tools, people, and finished output. We map waiting time and repeated effort, then compare a software change, rules-based automation, and an AI-assisted approach. Some processes benefit most from cleaner data or a better interface.
Make dependencies visible in the proposal
The discovery brief identifies access needs, integrations, information restrictions, test cases, and the person accepting the result. A short technical investigation can resolve an uncertain API or source format before a full build is priced. Estimate assumptions explain what would change the cost or schedule.
Choose a pilot with a stop or expand decision
Define a baseline and minimum acceptable result, including review effort and running cost. The pilot should produce evidence about usefulness and limitations. Your team can decide to expand, revise, or stop without committing the whole organization to an untested workflow.
Common questions
Do we need an AI roadmap before a small pilot?
A large roadmap is not always necessary. A focused discovery can define one useful workflow and the evidence needed to decide whether to continue.
Can you help a prime contractor assess an AI project?
Yes. We can scope technical discovery, evaluation, or a defined implementation within an existing delivery program.
