Let’s talk
Government & public sector / Canada

Make public services
easier to use and deliver.

We build service portals, staff tools, reporting systems, and administrative automation for Canadian public-sector opportunities. Start with the service people need and the requirements the project must meet.

What we can
help you do.

Build a service people can complete

Use clear questions, status updates, and an accessible interface. Connect submissions to the staff handling them, then test the whole process with realistic incomplete and difficult cases.

Show where program figures come from

Connect approved records, document calculations, and flag missing or conflicting information. Show when reports were updated and restrict access to the right teams.

Automate a defined staff task

Start with a briefing, document routing, or another administrative task. Agree sources, permitted actions, escalation, and checks. Staff can inspect the result and decide what happens next.

A practical first project

Improve one service from intake to resolution.

Choose a recurring service with an identified owner and a clear bottleneck. Map the current process, prototype the critical journey and agree a first release with measurable acceptance criteria and a practical handover.

Define success before delivery

How we measure
success.

Agree these measures at the start of a new project and use them to review progress.

  • Completed service journeys and abandonment points measured against a baseline.
  • Reconciliation errors, missing records and report freshness visible to program owners.
  • Staff preparation time and accepted outputs measured for the selected workflow.

What the workflow can look like

A public-sector scope can connect a resident or business request to the team resolving it. A portal can explain required documents, save an unfinished submission, and show status. Staff receive a case with missing information identified and a link to the approved record. The service owner defines the rules and remains responsible for program decisions.

What we establish together

Identify the procurement route, service owner, information classification, approved hosting, accessibility and language needs, and system interfaces. We map acceptance evidence to the delivery plan. Supplier eligibility, screening, and security conditions are checked for the actual opportunity; a website description does not establish qualification.

Common questions

Can you respond to an existing statement of work?

Yes. Share the scope and evaluation requirements. We can map deliverables, dependencies, assumptions and results for review to the requested work.

How do you approach sensitive government information?

We establish the permitted environment, access and handling requirements during scoping. Any required qualifications or clearances must be verified for the specific engagement.

Can a project start without replacing a legacy system?

Yes. A portal, reporting layer or approved integration can address one bottleneck while preserving the existing system and its required behaviour.

Discuss a project
