Procurement & partnerships

Check the fit
for the opportunity.

Public-sector teams

Share the requirement, procurement route, project stage, and information sensitivity. We’ll establish the fit and what a compliant engagement would require.

Prime contractors

Bring Active K Digital into a defined delivery part of the project. Agree responsibilities, interfaces, results for review, and any personnel or organization requirements.

Qualifications for the opportunity

We confirm required supplier qualifications, personnel screening, and certifications for each opportunity before agreeing the engagement.

A defined contribution to a larger program

A work package can cover a portal, data integration, reporting workflow, application, or AI pilot. Identify interfaces to other teams, deliverables we own, and inputs another party supplies. For prime partnerships, establish reporting, acceptance, subcontracting conditions, and personnel or organization requirements.

Translate requirements into acceptance evidence

A statement of work may specify accessibility, information handling, hosting, documentation, performance, and security conditions. Map them to implementation and verification from the start. Where named resources, references, clearances, or certifications are mandatory, suitability must be established before a proposal is made.

Plan the transition to the operating team

Include source access, deployment instructions, administrative training, support boundaries, and a process for defects and changes. For AI, document tool access, evaluation cases, review authority, and failure handling. Share the opportunity stage, permitted procurement documents, service owner, and intended result to establish delivery fit.

Before we begin.

Can you join an existing delivery team?

Yes. An engagement can cover a defined application, integration, data part of the project, or AI implementation within a broader program. We agree scope, access, interfaces, and delivery responsibilities together.

Can a project use our existing cloud and software?

We assess the current environment first. The hosting model, model providers, integrations, and data handling must fit the project’s requirements. We confirm required certifications and data residency during scoping.

What should we include in an initial inquiry?

The service or problem, project stage, relevant systems, timing, procurement route if known, and required qualifications. Please use a general description; sensitive documents can be exchanged through an agreed channel later.
