Let’s talk
Deployment & adoption / Canada

Bring a working pilot
into everyday use.

We help teams launch software and AI workflows with training, documentation, monitoring, and support arrangements. Make the transition from a working demo to a system people can use.

Review readiness against the real service

Review the application, dependencies, access, open defects, and test results. Identify work needed before release, operating limits, or reasons to continue the pilot.

Release in manageable increments

Agree who receives the system, which tasks it handles, and what happens when it fails. Plan separate environments, versions, rollback, and support. For AI, review output quality and the number of cases staff may need to resolve.

Help the team adopt the workflow

Explain when to use the system, how to check its output, and how to resolve problems. Include the people receiving work after a handoff. Use their feedback to plan improvements and reduce repeated corrections.

Agree the ongoing operating relationship

Agree source and credential ownership, monitoring, data updates, provider costs, and support before handover. Include your procurement, accessibility, and information requirements. Measure quality, review effort, reliability, and running cost over an agreed period.

A first engagement

What your team receives.

Agree what we will build, how it will be checked, and what your team receives. We confirm timing, access, and commercial terms together.

Prepare people and operating responsibilities

Identify who administers the system, maintains source information, answers user questions, and approves changes. We can prepare role-specific instructions and walkthroughs based on actual tasks. The plan includes records and accounts that must be ready before people move from the old process.

Choose a controlled rollout

A selected team can use the release first while the project owner reviews completion, issues, and support effort. We define feedback routes, rollback conditions, and how unresolved work returns to the previous process. This helps distinguish usability problems from missing training, access, or data.

Agree support after acceptance

Set the maintenance scope, response expectations, provider responsibilities, and process for requesting improvements. Handover should enable operation without undocumented knowledge. Bring the user groups, rollout dates, internal support capacity, and tasks that need training.

Common questions

Can you help deploy a pilot built by another team?

We can assess the source, architecture, access, and available evidence, then scope the engineering and operating work needed for a release.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Support can be part of an engagement. The responsibilities, availability, response arrangements, and commercial terms are agreed for the specific system.
