Let’s talk
AI models & integrations / Canada

Connect AI to
your application.

We help you compare model providers and connect the right model to your software, data, and tools. Test its behaviour, processing requirements, and operating cost on your actual task.

Choose against a defined task

Agree what the model needs to do, such as extracting information, classifying records, drafting, or coordinating actions. Compare output quality, input types, speed, cost, and review needs. Document the provider choice with your team.

Connect models through a clear interface

Define inputs, outputs, and tools. Validate responses and limit retries. Handle missing information, provider failures, and unsupported requests in a way the system owner can understand.

Keep data and authority explicit

Agree what information reaches the provider and which actions the model may request. Include credentials, service access, logs, retention, residency, contract, and security requirements in the design.

Evaluate changes before rollout

Use representative test cases when models, prompts, tools, or settings change. Retain comparison results and define a fallback if the release no longer meets the agreed criteria.

A first engagement

What your team receives.

Agree what we will build, how it will be checked, and what your team receives. We confirm timing, access, and commercial terms together.

Define the feature before choosing the provider

A document assistant, classification step, and drafting tool need different inputs and checks. We establish the response format, sources, and what the interface shows when the model cannot answer. Provider selection considers quality on your examples, information handling, supported features, and operating constraints.

Keep the application in control

The application enforces access, validates structured output, and decides which actions are permitted. A model response should not grant itself wider tool access. We plan for rate limits, unavailable providers, and invalid responses, including a clear fallback or review path for the user.

Make updates measurable

A repeatable evaluation set helps compare models or prompt changes before release. The first scope can deliver the integration, representative checks, usage visibility, and a procedure for changing settings. Bring sample requests, expected answers, your application, and approved provider requirements.

Common questions

Can we keep our preferred model provider?

Yes. We begin with your provider preferences and requirements, then evaluate whether the selected configuration meets the task.

Can a workflow use more than one model?

Yes, where the benefit is supported by the task. Routing and coordination should remain reviewable, with explicit provider choices and operating boundaries.
